I am Mary Bradach, Director of Business Development with CAF America, where I am working with prospective donors, professional advisors, and charitable organizations seeking to make a difference globally.
Following a 20+ year career in financial services with AXA Equitable in New York City where I held leadership positions in Business Development & Strategy, Practice Management, Regulatory Compliance and other roles focused on the development and support of our retail wealth advisors, I welcomed the opportunity to transition to the philanthropic space over 8 years ago.
Prior to joining CAF America I was the Director of Gift Planning at the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo where I had the opportunity to work with individuals, families, professional advisors and non profit organizations make an impact in the ways that were important to them. Additionally, I was a Managing Director in the Northeast for Foundation Source, a company focused on providing outsourced administration, technology and advisory services to new and existing private foundations.
I live in Buffalo, New York, with my wife and son. We enjoy all things active and outside including hiking, beach activity (even on Lake Erie!), biking, sledding and of course Buffalo Bill’s football!
