Martin Riant

Vice Chairman, CAF America Board

Martin Riant brings over 35 years of marketing and general management experience gained within leadership positions with the Procter & Gamble Company. Following his retirement from P&G in 2016, Martin consults and advises on business strategy and brand building.

He has lived and worked in seven countries in Europe, Asia and North America during his career with P&G which culminated in the leadership of some of the company’s largest global businesses.

As Group President of P&G Global Baby, Feminine and Family Care, Martin led P&G’s $20+ billion baby, feminine and family care business which includes iconic brands such as Pampers, Always, Tampax, Bounty and Charmin. Prior to this Martin led P&G’s Global Baby Care business for a decade.

Martin also served as Executive Sponsor for Global Sustainability, overseeing P&G’s commitment to drive environmental and social sustainability across all aspects of the business and across P&G’s brands

Earlier in his career, Martin led the Global Feminine Care business and held general management roles in Korea and Canada, following various marketing leadership roles in the U.K.

Martin has served on The International Education Advisory Committee of the Ohio Department of Education and was a Board Member of Artworks Cincinnati, a non-profit providing employment experience in the arts to talented teenagers.

A U.K. citizen, Martin graduated from Emmanuel College, Cambridge with a MA in Geography. He and his wife currently reside in Cincinnati , Ohio. His three adult children also live in the U.S.
