I joined CAF America in September 2022 serving as the Business Development Manager before joining the Donor Services department in July 2024. In my current role, I lead the Donor Engagement team and am focused on helping donors achieve their philanthropic goals by connecting them with our grantee partners to grow their impact to new levels. My team is responsible for engaging donors in charitable planning via CAF America’s strategic giving methods. We facilitate donor generosity that maximizes impact, while building and maintaining dynamic relationships with both donors and grantee partners.
Prior to my work at CAF America, I spent nearly eight years at United Way Worldwide, where I held project management roles in investor relations and fundraising operations. I was a part of the core team that led the design and implementation of our business development pipeline, which integrated fundraising strategy, revenue tracking, product development and process innovation. I also worked with development managers and partners across various donor segments to build mutually beneficial and enduring partnerships. I am certified in Anti-Money Laundering by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
I have lived in northern Virginia for over ten years, but am originally from Buffalo, NY where I attended Canisius College. As an avid sports fan, I enjoy cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Notre Dame Fighting Irish with my husband, two young children and our rescue dog.
