Before joining CAF America, I worked at doTERRA International LLC, where I orchestrated and managed a high-performing team of specialized agents central to teamwork across departments. With over 12 years of customer service and leadership, my expertise spans driving operational excellence and fostering collaborative success.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dogs, reading fantasy/fiction novels, and exploring new cuisines.
