I am Stefani Ritter-Steagall, a Compliance Officer on the Finance and Compliance Team. In my current role, I manage the annual grantee reporting process at CAF America. I help our charity partners navigate this important requirement as well as reviewing their final reports. I am continuously inspired by the reports I read and the impact our funding has on communities around the globe. I am also very involved in CAF America’s Donor Due Diligence reviews. Prior to my current role, I was a member of the Admin and Operations Team here at CAF America.
Before joining CAF America, I held a position at Rise Against Hunger, another international non-profit organization. I also completed various internships including with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending time with my family.
I hold a joint MSc. in Global Change: Ecosystem Science and Policy from The University College Dublin in Ireland and Justus Liebig University in Germany and a BA. in Environmental Studies from Adelphi University in New York. I am certified in Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and I am a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) with the Institute for Diversity Certification.
