Hello! I am Shonta Epps, Human Resources Generalist for CAF America. My responsibilities in this role include assisting with the daily functions of the HR Department, including the development and execution of HR objectives and personnel policies & procedures; benefits administration, payroll, and compensation; new hire onboarding, and management of the HRIS system.
Prior to CAF America, I worked in Human Resources in the construction industry where my focus was on staff forecasting, strategic planning, talent management & development, succession planning, and staff retention.
