My name is Rylee Matousek and I am a Senior Associate on the Friends Fund team within Private Donor Services at CAF America. I help connect our charity partners to their goals through the unique opportunities that come with having a Friends Fund at CAF America.
Prior to joining CAF America, I worked extensively in local, state, and federal politics and governance. I have experience on numerous election campaigns, in legislative offices, and for several PACs working to elect women into office. Through these experiences, I realized my passion for ensuring equitable space for all voices in decision making roles.
I received my B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and my M.A. in International Affairs from the Bush School at Texas A&M University. Specifically, I concentrated on Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), Intelligence, and Homeland Security.
Outside of work, I am a certified SCUBA diver and love to travel. I also enjoy attending concerts, listening to pop music, dancing, practicing french, and honing my knowledge of wine and sake.
