Paola Choque Villarroel

Associate, Private Donor Services

Hello! I am Paola Choque Villarroel (she/her), and I am a Private Donor Services Associate here at CAF America. I help manage a portfolio of Donor Advised Funds through donor communication, grant support, and charity correspondence.

Prior to joining CAF America, I served as the Program Coordinator for the Student Transition Empowerment Program (STEP) where I was able to work with first-generation students to ensure their college and career readiness.

I received my B.A. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, with a concentration in Justice and Reconciliation, and a minor in Sociology from George Mason University. Throughout my time at Mason, I was heavily involved with advocacy and organizing for immigrants’ rights which led me to work with organizations such as the Legal Aid Justice Center, the Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance, UCLA’s Labor Center, and UndocuMason.

In my free time, I love to dance, take care of my plants, and spend time with friends and family.
