I joined CAF America in June 2023 and serve as a Business Analyst for the Innovation and Strategy team. In this role, I support the implementation of the CAF America Strategic Plan by leading projects related to the strategic initiatives and supporting the creation of strategic reports and dashboards.
Before joining CAF America, I spent 10 years working in HR and Project Management. I hold a B.S. in Family Studies with an emphasis in Human Development from Brigham Young University.
Outside of work, I can usually be found reading in my garden or planning my next national park adventure.
