I am Marina Silva, the Senior Associate on the Human Resources team. My responsibilities in this role include managing the recruitment process for different roles across the company and administrative tasks for both the HR and the Learning and Development team.
I came to CAF America from Pride Global, where I was the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role I managed candidate interviews and assisted with administrative tasks for the internal hiring team. I also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Next College Student Athlete, which assists high school student athletes with getting recruited to play sports in college. I have a B.A. in Sport and Event Management from Elon University.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, taking walks outside, and listening to podcasts.
