I am Keana Stewart, the Associate of Customer Experience. My responsibilities in this role include directing all external traffic and supporting CAF America’s business operations, serving as the initial point of contact for incoming donor clients and charity partner communications via email, phone, and mail.
Before joining CAF America, I spent four years at ID.me where I started as a Fraud Analyst, and was then promoted to Escalation Team Lead.
I will graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work in 2025. I hope to promote and improve quality of life and/or government systems, eliminate barriers, and find solutions to meet individual goals.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and traveling the world exploring new cultures, and meeting new people.
