I am Eric Dankwa, the Business Systems Analyts on the Technology and Cybersecurity at CAF America. I work as a liaison between business units and technology team to address business or systems requirements issues and enhancements.
Before joining CAF America, I worked as a Systems Analyst at Epiq Global, enhancing Epiq’s business processes, workflows, optimizing systems to ensure efficiency and innovation.
I have a BSc in Management and Computer Studies from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana and currently pursuing another bachelors in Information Technology w/conc in Data Analytics in Southern New Hampshire University. During my free time I play video games and golf.
